Exchange / Replacement Policy

  • Customers can request an exchange or replacement in case of defective, damaged, or wrong products received.

  • Exchange/replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Once the request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after the returned product is picked up.

  • Delivery of the replacement item usually takes 5–7 business days, subject to courier service availability.
