Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible orders that meet Dausto’s return and cancellation criteria.
- Once the return/cancellation request is approved, Dausto will initiate the refund process within 2–4 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of initiation.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account after successful verification.
