Refunds are applicable only for eligible orders that meet Dausto’s return and cancellation criteria.

Once the return/cancellation request is approved, Dausto will initiate the refund process within 2–4 business days.

The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of initiation.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account after successful verification.
